Privilege

1. Free Parking Privilege is only applicable to “The Point” registered members (“members”).
2. From Mon to Fri, members who make same-day electronic payment purchases of HK$200 or above are entitled to 3 hours of complimentary parking. On Sat-Sun and Public Holidays, members who make same-day electronic payment purchases of HK$400 or above are entitled to 2 hours of complimentary parking. Extra parking privilege with spending over HK$100 at designated F&B merchants (confectionery shops and food outlet inside supermarket are excluded) or at the cinema may enjoy extra 1 hours FREE Parking Privilege.
3. A maximum of 2 same-day machine-printed sale receipts with corresponding electronic payment slips can be accumulated for redemption purposes.
4. For other special parking offers (if applicable), including but not limited to F&B merchant and cinema parking privilege, UnionPay Card free parking, SmarTone free parking, SHKP Club star member free parking, etc., please visit the Customer Care Centre or the Customer Service Counter for redemption.
5. Members can redeem free parking by points upon completion of Contactless Parking Service registration.
6. Each vehicle can only redeem free parking once per day, including all free parking promotions, with maximum up to 4 hours free parking (Mon-Fri) / up to 3 hours free parking in (Sat-Sun & Public Holidays).
7. To redeem free parking privileges, members are advised to ensure that the redemption process has been successfully completed. No refunds will be provided for charges incurred due to an unsuccessful redemption.
8. Eligible electronic payments are limited to credit cards, EPS, debit cards, Apple Pay, BoC Pay, Google Pay, PayMe, Samsung Pay, UnionPay Mobile QuickPass, UnionPay QR Code, WeChat Pay, Alipay or other stored value facilities under the regulatory supervision of the “Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance” (Cap. 584) (including but not limited to SHKP Malls Gift Card, Octopus, Octopus Wallet, Tap & Go and TNG Wallet). Valid identification document and transaction record are required to be presented for verification of payment settlement.
9. The highest amounts stated on merchant’s machine-printed receipts or corresponding electronic payment slips will be counted for redemption (while discounts, the use of cash coupons, Point Dollar, promotion coupons or promotional codes deducted amounts will not be eligible for redemption).
10. Registration accepts the receipt of purchasing designated festive food coupons (only limited to mooncake (including ice cream mooncake), Chinese New Year pudding, rice dumpling and Chinese preserved sausage vouchers). Receipts for using these designated festive food coupons and the following are not eligible: travel agencies and cross-border buses; fitness and beauty centers, medical services (except purchase of products), carwash, car care services, automotive products and related service or the purchase of parking cards; kiosks, exhibition venues and temporary exhibition booths / Pop Up Stores, tenants in office buildings; hotels; banking services; tuition / membership / any other monthly fees; the purchase or topping-up of Octopus cards; value-added or payment services; mail, fax, email or phone orders; online shopping (except online purchase of movie tickets); telecommunication fees or purchase of calling cards; trade-in transactions or product redemptions; purchase of SHKP Malls Gift Card; purchase and use of cash coupons, gift cards, gift certificates, Point Dollar, SHKP Mall Gift Certificates; SHKP Mall e-Gift Certificates; gift cards; membership cards, bonus point cards, discount cards or value-added cards, shoe coupons, soup coupons, drink coupons, food coupons, cake cards and wedding coupons (including but not limited to cake cards, Chinese bridal cake cards, wedding vouchers and wedding coupons); purchase of gold grains, bars or deposits for gold saving club, payments settled by cash; payments with a handwritten, reprinted or photocopied receipt and payment slip; cancelled or returned transactions; or other non-eligible transactions.
11. All valid receipts and electronic payment slips must be machine-printed and contain clearly the name of the merchant, shop address, invoice number, transaction number, transaction date and amount of the transaction.
12. For installment payment, the full amount listed on the merchant’s machine-printed receipt will be counted towards redemption. For deposit payment and corresponding balance payment, the amount listed on the respective merchant’s machine-printed receipts will be counted towards redemption.
13. Separate payment receipts will not be accepted. Payment receipts from the same shop cannot be separated into different receipts or payment slips for redemption. Therefore, the payment amount on the machine-printed receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips must be the same.
14. MOKO staff have right to collect the original receipt(s) for internal verification and record by taking photograph, photo-copying and record any details of the receipt(s).
15. All Eligible Transaction Documents presented for the Parking Offer redemption will be stamped with a redemption chop for administrative purposes after completion of the redemption. The stamped receipts cannot be used for a refund at the relevant tenants’outlets.
16. MOKO shop tenants and their employees are not entitled to enjoy this free parking privilege and not allowed to redeem on behalf of shoppers.
17. MOKO reserves all rights to amend the terms & conditions without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decisions of MOKO shall be final. For details, please refer to the “Car Park Regulations”.
